Will & Powers of Attorney

Most of our Wills and Powers of Attorney are able to be prepared for a fixed fee.

Making a Will may be one of the most important things anyone does. A carefully drafted Will ensures your money and assets are distributed to the people and charities you choose in accordance with your wishes. It also allows for the costs of administering your estate to be minimised.

An Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) is a very useful and powerful document to nominate an appropriate person to make decisions for you in the event that you are not able to make those decisions yourself. This person can act on your behalf to make decisions about your assets and money when you are unable to do so. We always recommend that people have an Enduring Power of Attorney.

Morton & Morton Solicitors are able to provide you with the peace of mind of knowing that suitable and practical arrangements have been put in place and that all ‘technical’ matters have been attended to.
